Cancellation/booking policy

At Rose Glow Wellness & Aesthetic, every appointment is a commitment of time and care — for both our clients and our specialists. To maintain fairness and quality service, please review our booking terms below.

1. Appointments

  • Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or in person.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the service.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your appointment is booked.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or change.

  • Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

3. Late Arrivals

To respect other guests’ time, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.

4. Refunds

Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless the clinic cancels the appointment.
Service results may vary and are not guaranteed, as they depend on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.

5. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent procedures before your appointment. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.

  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your service within the remaining scheduled time. In some cases, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.

    We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in.

  • Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee or may be required to place a deposit for future bookings.

  • To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, we kindly ask that clients come to their appointments alone unless a guest is necessary for support or transportation.

    This allows our team to focus fully on providing you with the best possible experience.

  • Rose Glow Wellness & Aesthetics accepts several convenient forms of payment, including major credit cards, debit cards, cash and other approved payment methods at the time of your appointment. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made.
